The Coat of arms of Iceland was established in 1919 when Denmark reconized Iceland as a sovereign state following a full independence in 1944.
The four protectors the bull (Griðungur), the eagle (Gammur), the dragon (Dreki) and the Rock-giant (Bergrisi) are the shieldbearers. Great respect was given to these creatures of Iceland, in fact it was illeagle for ships to bear grimacing symbols when approaching Icealnd.

The shirt is made from 100% combed cotton. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after first wash.

Washing instructions:

Wash warm, dry low (or air dry).
To preserve main artwork, turn your shirt inside out, although, you should not expect any significant fading. Wash colors separately from whites, especially on first wash.
